Postage and Delivery :-
Customers pay postage on the basis of their location . We do not make any profit on the postage. In order to offer most affordable rates to our customers. We offer delivery by Aust post or by Sendle. In some states like NSW , Victoria and Queensland Aust post offer cheaper rate. Some remote areas in these states are served better by Sendle.
It is expensive to use Aust Post for deliveries from Canberra to Tasmania , South Australia, Western Australia and North Territory. For these states Sendle rates are better. Customer will be shown charges of both Aust Post and Sendle. At check point , ebay will select the cheapest rate automatically.
Please note that courier delivery charges are based on the location of the customers. Our courier has divided their delivery net work into “Areas inside Major delivery network” and “Areas out side major delivery net work”. The charges for “Areas inside Major delivery network” are $29.70 . For deliveries to remote areas charges are $43.
If you are in” Areas out side major delivery net work “ eg. You live at a farm property or rural address, providing a delivery address for a local business in town or a friend or a relative , may be more efficient and economical.
No P.O.Box deliveries to SA, WA, TAS, NT. We can not deliver to P O BoX addresses. our courier does not delivery to Post Offices, P.O. Boxes, Post office Locker Bags, Parcel Bags. We can delivery only to a street address.
Permission to leave – By placing an an order with us you agree to have the item/s left at the front door (side door, verandah, etc) in the event that no one is home to sign for and receive the item/s or for any other reason. You also agree to accept the risk this may involve. All deliveries are conducted on weekdays.
Items are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment has been cleared. Please allow for 5-7 business days for all metro deliveries. Please message us your postcode if you are unsure about the delivery area. Please note that delivery to some locations in Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory can take up to 3 weeks.
Items will be shipped to registered address on provided by the customer. Please ensure accurate and up to date information is provided upon checkout including preferred contact number for couriers. All delivery services are conducted with trusted external couriers.
If the delivery address for your order is to a business please mention its name in the company box of the delivery details section. By doing this the courier will know to only deliver during business hours (9 to 5pm.). For example instead of provide street address provide name of business eg. Instead of 12 Page Street , write down the name of office eg Florey Primary School- “deliver to front office”
PO BOXES – PARCEL LOCKERS- Please do NOT place an order using a PO Box address / Parcel locker. Please email us first before ordering to see if its possible. Australia Post can deliver smaller items to PO boxes but these orders may require an extra freight payment to be arranged.
Delivery Time: Please note that any transit times displayed for listings are estimates only and we are not the courier company, so once a delivery is in their hands, control of delivery passes to them. If your delivery is delayed we will of course assist where possible to track and trace the delivery status.
Shipping costs can be discounted if you are purchasing multiple items. Please follow the correct procedure for requesting a combined invoice and do NOT pay for items until you receive an invoice from us. We are unable to apply retrospective discounts to orders once check-out has been complete
We carefully check and package orders prior to dispatch and you can rest assured that we therefore have a very low rate of breakage in transit. Breakages can be replaced or refunded.
Some couriers, may leave a calling card requesting you pick up your order from the post office or courier depot. Usually the courier will be given authority to leave your parcel but if its not safe to do so or for some other reason the courier may decide to leave a calling card instead. When this happens you may need to go to the appropriate post office or depot to pick up. We are not liable if the courier fails to follow the authority to leave we give.

Returns & Refund Policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Book with obvious signs of use
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
